FIRST, ENSURE YOU MEET OUR MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR NANNIES AND NCS:
- Non-Smoker, at least 21 years old.
- 5 years of childcare experience, including 3+ years of recent nanny job experience in a private household. (Preschool and elementary teachers with 2+ years of nanny experience are also encouraged to apply.)
- Our clients are open to hiring candidates with or without a college degree who have a variety of educational experiences and backgrounds.
- Fluent in English, can legally work in the U.S..
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Current CPR/first aid, or you are willing to complete a training course.
- Outstanding, recent references, willing to speak to Educated Nannies™.
- Agree to be paid legally as a W2 employee of the household on payroll.
- Passion for childcare, inclusive mindset, and professional attitude.
