I‘m passionate about working with parents to understand your goals and your child’s needs, treating your family as I would want mine to be treated, and offering suggestions based on my own experiences as a teacher, nanny, tutor, and mother.”
Ryan Jordan has enjoyed over twenty years of experience working with children and families as a teacher, nanny, and tutor. Ryan earned a multiple-subject teaching credential and Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University. In addition to teaching, Ryan spent more than six years as a full-time professional nanny for celebrities and high-profile families in Los Angeles.
Known for her positive attitude and Midwest work ethic, Ryan has been entrusted by many families to help find outstanding childcare and has become a valuable asset as a result. When she’s not collaborating with families, Ryan loves to travel with her husband, plan events, volunteer, host game nights, and play with her two little ones!

Hali
Recruitment Director
Hali knew from a very early age that she wanted to be a mama. She spent her younger years caring for other people’s children as a nanny. She also spent almost a decade as everyone’s favorite teacher at Gymboree Play and Music. There she could mentor parents and caregivers while helping the little ones grow through play, music, and art. She has a degree in Interior Design from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and is lucky enough to call her high school sweetheart her husband. They now have three beautiful children of their own. Hali is thrilled to be a part of the Educated Nannies Team as the Recruitment Coordinator. She loves being able to use her experience as both a mom and a caregiver to help match our wonderful candidates to the perfect family!
Jenna
Recruitment Coordinator
Jenna is a mother, childcare professional, and perinatal fitness specialist. She is extremely passionate about supporting children and families. She began her career working with families over 15 years ago as a professional nanny. Through this experience, Jenna dove deep into childcare philosophies and caregiving practices. She is passionate about caregivers and families finding a balance that works well for their unique wishes, wants, needs, goals, and culture. Jenna is also educated and experienced in supporting women in their journey into motherhood through focused perinatal fitness and movement coaching. Jenna currently resides in Santa Barbara, CA with her daughter Lily, partner Mike, and dog Zoe. When Jenna is not helping families and nannies find their perfect match with Educated Nannies, you can find her on adventures with Lily, enjoying nature, or exploring movement and fitness!
Kayleigh
Recruitment Assistant
Kayleigh’s passion for caregiving began at an early age while volunteering alongside her mother in their church nursery. Throughout college and the years that followed, she worked as a nanny, forming meaningful and lasting connections with the children and families she supported. Her love for working with children continues today through her involvement in her church’s children’s ministry, where she shares her creativity and joy for helping others. Before joining Educated Nannies, Kayleigh gained valuable organizational and communication skills as an Administrative Assistant, further strengthening her ability to manage details with professionalism and care. A graduate with a degree in Theater, she brings imagination and enthusiasm into every interaction. Originally from the South, Kayleigh’s warmth and charm shine through in her role as Educated Nannies’ Recruitment Assistant. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, trying new recipes and restaurants, and staying active through nature walks and dance classes.

On the employer side, we provide legal counsel on how to comply with applicable laws while reducing legal exposure and avoiding legal problems. The practice is exclusively focused on California and federal employment law.
